Responsible for sales quotation and customer order process and follow up
跟踪销售报价及客户订单 Act as hotline receptionist with decent business courtesy
接听客户热线 Providing internal and external customers with lead time of parts, shipment method, arrival time, and any anticipated delays
提供内部部客户关于备件的交货期，船期或者其它信息 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to arrange timely shipment with correct parts
协调仓库物流员工安排备件的及时运输 Perform order expediting duties including follow-up on open orders and all other necessary expediting functions
跟踪订单相关的其它事宜 Feedback recurring or troublesome parts problems to Purchasing and Service and ensure that timely resolution is provided

Communicate to Pricing Analyst/Sales Manager any pricing discrepancies raised by customer Coordinate with Accounting Staff to correct invoicing/billing errors Undertake any other duties as directed by Team leader


Education and Qualifications:
Either a technical diploma or 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics or trading company Technical background with knowledge of injection molding machines or related products is preferred Knowledge of sales support service is preferred Excellent Oral English 1 or 2 years’ experiences in trading company or sales support field Preferably related experience in sales of spare parts with knowledge of warehouse and logistics
